Access has encountered an error and needs to close

Hi! I have a database that has multiple users entering
data via forms. They are having a problem that when they
try to get into the forms, they get a message that "Access
has encountered a problem and needs to close". Then it
will kick them out of Access. It will continue to have
this problem until they all get out of Access and the
secretary opens and closes the database. Then it will
work for everyone again. She is the only one that
can "fix" it - nobody else can open it.

They can, however get into the tables and enter data in
the tables, so it appears to be a problem with the forms.
There is a Switchboard that opens automatically with an
Autoexec when the database is opened.

I have talked to them, and it appears that they are up to
date on all their Windows updates and Service Packs. I
know that they are running Windows 2000 on some machines
and XP on others, and they are running Access 2000 on
everyone's. Unfortunately I am remote, so I can't just
walk over to their computers and see the problem for
myself.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
