I am trying to write a module in Access and I am using the keyword of
recordcount.

When I highlight the word and press F1 to get the Syntax details I just
get a grey help file box with no contents.

I am using Office 2000 Premium, Windows 2000 W/Station and Service Pack
4.

This also happens on other various keywords. I tried downloading the
following Update (http://tinyurl.com/2pxts) as suggested elsewhere on
the net but it says that I can only install this on Service Pack 3.

Any ideas?
