Access Help Problem

I am doing a project using VB in Access.

When I try to get help on Microsoft Jet SQL statement (e.g INSERT)It
gives an error-

Microsoft Access can't display help. An error occured and this feature
is no longer functioning properly. Would you like to repair this
feature now?

I know that I have installed the Office 200 with all the features
available from hard disk.

To solve this problem-
First I tried the 'Detect and Repair' feature of Access using the
source disk but still it can't display help.

I have re-installed Office 2000 with all the features available from
hard disk but still it wont work and gives the same error message.

What may be the problem? Please help.

Did you apply all three Service Packs for Office 2000, and have you then
used Office Update to get any patches since SP3?

Sometimes an Office installation gets _so_ hosed that the only thing you can
do is to uninstall and then install again from scratch, but don't forget
those SPs and patches.
