Access incorrectly identifies network drive

Hi:

I have an access database located on a shared network
drive. When I attempt to open the database from a specific
user's machine I get a message that, " Microsoft cannot
open this file because it is not on a local intranet and
it is not a trusted site."
I've checked the users rights/roles and they seem ok. Its
just her machine, other users including myself can acces
the dB.
Any suggestions?
