Hi I've got Access 2000 on my PC however there is a .bat file I run that
needs access 97, for some reason access 2000 will not convert the database.
I've tried installing access 97 but get the error "can not open access, has
no licensing" or there abouts.....how can I fix this problem

(BTW, it's usually a good thing to report the exact error message you're
getting, as opposed to "or there abouts"!)
