Access Installation Question

Greetings,
we have decided that we need a database. Due to the types of apps we
want to use the database with, we have decided on Access. We are
going to purchase Access, and I have a few questions.

We are going to have up to 5 people accessing the database over our
network. I want to install Access on a server, and have the clients
access the database. Do I need to buy anything special to make this
work, or should I just buy Access 2002 and install it.
