Access (instant) Quick report key

Is there a way in access 2007 or 2003 to create an instant report or form
that will
convert single record in a table to columnar record (txt) on a results page ?
so that one record of information can be quickly emailed to someone.

Not in a table - you don't want to use those for inputting data anyway. Do
this in a form. You can either have a button in the form so that it filters
the report when it opens it, to show only the current record or (if you are
madly in love with the feel of a table) create a datasheet form and you can
double click a field to do the same.

For more details on how to code this, give us

The field by which the report would be filtered (ie the field in the report
which is also in your form) The primary key field would be good for this)
State whether this is a date or number field.
The name of the field in your form which you want to double click to open
your report (if you want a datasheet form)
Give the name of your Report
I'm guessing from your question that you have been using a table with a
lookup field (treacherously cute drop-down boxes) If yes, then this will
complicate matters because the value in the field may not be the value you
can see in the dropdown.
Ie the box may show text but it could be hiding a number field which links
this table to another.
