Access is denied while loading software and drivers

I have twice now received an access is denied error while
once trying to load software and once while trying to
install a driver. My account is set for admin. This is
the only pc i seem to have this error on. Does anyone
have an idea on whats causing this?

application.

Suggest you re-post the question in one of the newsgroups for the version of
Windows you are using.

you're using.

The "Access" in this group's title refers to the database product.
