Access is Hijacking HTML Help

I've authored a custom help file using HTML Help Workshop and linked it to my
main form in my database.
When F1 is pressed, instead of the HTML Help control opening my custom help
file, Access's Help window opens with only my opening html file, but no pane
for the contents or index.
I can open my custom chm file just fine, but as soon as Access tries, I get
the condition described above.
Any idea why Access is hijacking my HTML Help?

Pete,
That's exactly what I was looking for. I searched the KB for hours looking
for an answer. The art of search-strings must still elude me...
