Access Label Report Wizard - Advice Please

Problem
I have created a report to print address labels.
I am using a custom label.
The label wizard worked fine and I have a report that prints the labels fine.

During the creation of the Label report I got a message warning that there
was not enough horizontal room and some data is not in the printable area.
I ignored this error and copleted the wizard.

When I run the Label report now, I get this same warning regarding outside
the print area. Clicking help, suggests ignoring the message is generally
fine....which in my case is true as the labels print fine.

Question 1
Is there a way for me to suppress this annoying message as it is unnessesary
on this occassion.

Question 2
Any other suggesions worth me considering would be appreciated.

A couple of things you can do.
1) Simply ignore the message. It doesn't hurt anything.
2) Fix the problem. Each printer has it's own 'no print' margin zone.
Some more than others. It would appear that your printer may have a
wider no print zone than others.
First make sure the Right margin is set to whatever the printer
minimum is. Click on File + PageSetup + Margins.
Set the Left and Right margin to 0". When you exit, it will re-set to
whatever the printer minimum margin settings are.
If this hasn't corrected the problem, then make the width of the
label(s) a tad smaller (the label, not the width of the detail
section). Trial and error until you get the label sheet to print
without the message. Then check to see if the labels are correctly
printing all of the data, and that the printer is still printing
labels without cutting off data.
As a last resort, try making the detail width a bit smaller. This will
tend to shift the print on the labels a bit to the left across the
page. But it shouldn't be enough to print off of the label.

The right Margin was at 4mm reducing it to Zero prevents the message being
displayed, great

Out of Interest..........
I am not sure how I determine the printer "No Print" margin Zone,
Generally speaking where in the printer properties would the "No Print" zone
detail be found.
If it helps any I am using a Canon PIXMA iP3000 printer.

You would have to read your printer's user manual, but if you have set
your printer margins to 0 in Access, and they have remained at 0, then
your printer's no print zone is 0", so it will print right up to the
edge of the paper.
My HP Deskjet printer has a Top of 0.04", Bottom 0.46", Left 0.25",
and Right 0.25" no print areas.

Note: Access has it's own default settings for new reports.
You might want to set those default settings to 0, so new reports will
not inadvertently cut off text.
Tools + Options + General tab

You can always change the margin settings for each report after
creating it.

I found the setting for my Canon IP3000
I was looking for a Margin " setup feature..............but....
On the IP 3000 it is a "Borderless Printing" option selected by a check box.

I couldn't see it for looking at it!!!
Ctrl Panel | Printers | Printing Preference | Page Setup tab | Printing Type
| check Box

When I check the box a message box warns that borderless printing is only
suitable on certain paper media i.e Glossy Photo Paper etc.....plain paper
not being suitable.

Ultimately, Fred your first suggestion to zero the right margin works fine.
The other options are just that ...other options...if I need to use them.
