The avery labels that I am using print 3 accross and 27
per page instead of 30 per page

Many users of inkjet printers experience this problem depending, of course,
on the printer being used. The likely solution was posted by Access MVP
Duane Hookom and is quoted below:

Check the top and bottom margins. They should probably add up to 1". Many
ink printers can't print closer than .6" to the bottom. This would require
the top margin to be .4" or less. If you shorten the top margin, you may
need to move all the controls on your report down about .1" to keep the
alignment correct on the labels.
