Just installed the SP-3 fix and am getting a veryy
annoying message whenever a linked MSWord2000 doc is
open. These Word docs are linked to Access2000 front-end
query objects. The annoying message reads: "This document
contains one or more links to other files. Do you want to
update this document with the data from the linked files?"
Clicking "Yes" properly opens the doc. Is there a way to
eliminate this dialogue box and just have the doc opened
with links automatically updated, as the
Tools/Options/General page suggests where one has the
option of automatically updating links (which I have
checked)?
Thanks for suggestions.
