Access Linking table with Exchange

when linking table with exchange it works for all item,
but not contact item, both in personal and public folder
contact item.

Error: access crashes immidately, for public folder, and
for personal folder receive error message profile is
design for offline folder and cannot be linked.

above yields only for contact item, other folder do link
and works.
any advice will be appricated.
