Hi Scott,
This could very well be caused by a bad NIC (Network Interface Card), or
some other network component (wiring, router, etc.). In any case, this user
should be educated that opening a bound form, and then leaving for 15
minutes, is not a good practice. In my databases, I specifically add
functionality to close the database after 20 minutes of inactivity. People
should stay connected only as long as they need, and no longer.

We have a user which if they leave a form open which is bound to a table
unattended for about 15 minutes and come back and start using it they get a
