Access mail merge to Word

I have a query that I need to merge into Word. Every time
I attempt this, Access opens several sessions and returns
errors that it is unable to find the data source. When I
point to the source (in the same directory), it stops
there and only returns the first record in the query.

The second issue is that I need to be able to remerge the
data every data as new information is added to the forms
and underlying tables. Is this possible? Can I just
merge the new data without having to remerge the entire
query data?
