Access menus "personalized"

I have Windows 2000 set to NOT personalize menus, that is to show all Start and application pull-down menu choices all the time. This was the way it was working in Access 2000 until a few days ago. All of a sudden only some menu choices show in Access now, forcing me to expand them each time to see them all. What can be done to change this in Access back to the way it was working, showing all menu choices all the time

Right-click the space to the right of the menu, and choose Customize.

Choose the Options tab of the dialog for the option to use full menus.

Thanks. I see doing this affects all Office apps, which is great
