ACCESS msadox.dll version error

I have upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP with
Windows 2000 operating system.

When I run ACCESS on a 2002 database, I get the following
error:

msadox.dll version 2.7 or later required.

Any ideas how I can fix it.
