Access Multiple Projects

If I have two Projects A and B created by users U1 and U2 respectivly and the
permissions are set in a way that U1 can see only Project A and U2 can see
only Project B. I would like to know, how can give read-only access for
Project A to U2 and Project B to U1.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
