Access not saving??

Hi.

I've had this problem occur now a few times where data is
being added and after exiting the form, the next time
back in, some of the data of the record is dropped as if
it was never saved or sometimes the entire record is gone
and a blank line is left.

Has anyone ever seen this?

One other note to add is that I've only ever seen this
problem occur when someone from one of the branch office
enters data. The BE is stored on the server here at head
office but the FE sit on client stations so some of them
accessing it over a WAN. This problem has never happened
on any station at the head office.
