Access not working after Office 2003 install

after a Windows reinstall I installed my Office 2003 pro.
All programs run perfectly except Access. I click to open and windows
installer pops up scans accross and then just shuts down and no Access.
It is installed on the hard drive with office and same results if I try from
Program, Access or if I go direct from Explorer,programs,Office,Access.
ran Windows install clean up, removed office and reinstalled.
Access worked on this computer before and ALL other Office programs run
now...but not Access.

Any ideas??
