Access, ODBC and 2000 Advanced Server

I am not able to link ODBC data sources in Access 2000 running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. The system sees the data sources in the control panel and Query Analyzer works but there isn't an ODBC option in the file type pop-up when I try to link a table in Access. Worked fine on this machine until I upgraded to 2000 AS.
