Please point me to a tutorial on how to use Access to collect data on
the internet.

Using Access is the easy part.

First you need a web server, and then you need to be able to script or
program the server.

Look for tutorials on PHP or ASP or ASP.NET or ColdFusion etc etc first --
whatever is appropriate for your particular web server. The database work
will be a (small) part of the overall learning curve.
