Access only OLE problem

...It was all working..!
Discovered when a report with Chart stopped working on two of my PCs. (OK on
other PCs.)
In Form or Report design if try to add any type of unbound control (Create
new), get OLE server not registered error or get insufficient memory.
If in Word or Excel do same (Insert Object, Create new) all is OK.
Have reregistered tredit, run repair, uninstalled/reinstalled Access, still
NOK
reregistered common files\..\MSDesigners..
All to no avail..
I can't think of anything installed/changed which would muck things up..
