Access opens, then puts up message and closes

Hello,

I have run into a strange behavior of an Access application. It is an Access
mde file in a runtim setup.
The application opens normally but then a dialog pops up stating that the
application can't be run and that I have to reinstall it from the original
location.

This happens on a Win2K Pro box after I repaired the OS. I did not have the
original CD so I used a Win 2K Upgrade.

I am not sure if this is an Access or a Windows issue, so I am posting it on
the Widows topic as well.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
