Access Outlook Library 11.0 Not Backward Compatible

It seems that "Microsoft Outlook 11.0 Object Library" does not support backwards compatability with the older 10.0 Object Library. When compiling the application in Access 2003 and then copying the ADP onto a client running Access 2002, an error pops up indicating that there is a VB Script issue.

Researching the issue I discovered that by referencing an older version 10 "msoutl.olb", and recompiling, the problem goes away.

Question is shouldn't the 11.0 Object Library be compatible to at least 10.0 ? Is anyone aware of other similar issues?

I'm having this issue to. If you find any new information, please display it. It's unbelievable for me. I'm developing in Access 2002, and the 2003 computers are generating all types of errors and corrupting files. Access 2003 actually does better looking at 2000 version files rather than 2002 files.
