I currently use Outlook to store contact information. I
am considering purchasing Access to store information
about insurance claim files. Often a contact who refered
me the case is part of that record so I can follow-up.
Can I link the Attorney and his/her address etc to my
Access File from Outlook? Can I avoid creating and
typing the entire attorney file in Access? Is there a
good text that can help me plan and design my new data
base?
Is there another alternative?
Is there a good test on how to maximize my productivite
with Outlook?
