Access Pivot Table

I am tring to create a pivot table in access. My problem
is the property button in the pivot table menu bar is
disabled so I can not show the pivot table report lements
wihtin the viewing area. Does anyone now how to enable
the button or what I should do to allow my data to be
intered into the correct areas.

First do you have Excel? Excel I think has a better chart
setup. I did not get this on my on. Someone else help me.
If you have excel do this if you can.
1. Go to Access
2. Click once on the table to wish to export.
3. Then go to Tools, Office Links, Analyze it with
Microsoft Office Excel. The file will open into Excel.
4. Select the ranges you want then either hit F11 key or
the Chart Wizard. Then you can play around with it the
chart alittle more.
I haven't finish mind because I just had time last night.
