Hi,
I need help on locking my pivottable fields. I have one field "Year"
as the page value in the pivottable. I have 5 other fields in the
column fields (i changed the fields per column from 0 to 5 under
options when creating the pivottable).
basically, i need to lock the 5 fields from being sorted (user can
only change the Year from the drop down box) the 5 other fields
should show "All" at all times (not all Year values obviously since
that can be changed by the user).
Also, in the Data section - there is an "Amount" field; just to let u
know what its using as data.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
