Access primary datasource, loss of repeating-ness

Hello. If I create a form based on my schema, then I have all the
appropriate repeating sections available. That's swell.

However, if I create a form based on my Access DB, then I can only have the
entire form repeat, instead of a group of fields bound to a "lesser" group.

My question: What can I alter in my DB design that will allow the desired
repeating sections?

Notes:
--I need to create the form using the Access DB as the primary source for
submitting, so I don't think I can do-away with it.
--The Access database has only one table.
--I designed the table to reflect the constraints of the schema as much as I
could.
