Access problem

I got a message "selected collating sequence not
supported by the operating system" in MS Access.

my database is developed in MS Access 2002 XP multi
language.

My client is win 98 English version.
I got this problem, but while I reset the computer, it is
working fine, how to solve it? thanks.
