Access problem

I have installed access XP on a Windows 2000 system and I
am getting the error. "Access failed to start correctly
last time. Starting access in safemode will help to
isolate the startup problem in order to start the program.
Some things may not funtion properly in this mode. Do
you want to do this?" I have said YES and it does not fix
the problem. I keep getting an error where it wants to
send microsoft a message. I have done this also.

Please help
