access problems

Once Outlook has dialed to pick up e-mail, it refuses to
initiate another dial up. Message "allready dialing."
This includes trying to get online with IE. It is
frustrating!

Make sure that you have "Hang up when finished with a
Manual Send/Receive" checked. It's in Tools>Options on
the Mail Setup tab. If you are and you're still having a
problem, try this. Deselect the option. Exit Outlook.
Relaunch Outlook. Go back in a reselect "Hang up when
finished with a Manual Send/Receive".
