Access projects's url programmatically

Hello,

I am trying to get url of my several projects created on Project Server
programmatically, but I don't find this information.
If someone could help me, it would be very nice.

If this is Project Server 2007 then the easiest way to find out waht the URL
is is to query the ProjectServer_Reporting database.

In the Views there is one called MSP_EpmProject_UserView, which holds the
ProjetUID, Name and ProjectWorkspaceInternalHRef.
