Access queries run significantly slower than they used to.

Hi all,

Ever since out IT department upgraded us to XP (I had no choice in the
matter!!), installed crystal reports and upgraded Access to Access2000SP3 my
queries run significantly slower than they used to.

Any one know what might be going on here??
