Access Query to import from Sharepoint

I have linked our sharepoint list to a local Access Database. When the query is ran the first time only partial data is returned. But when the query is ran a second time all data is returned. When I press F5 to refresh all data is also returned. I have verified the criteria and have had no luck. How can I get the query to pull all data on the first run?
