Hi there
I am having a minor issue with my access. I am linked into our
database through Access. All monetary columns have a 15.2 format which
means access struggles to read it. 5.430,24 for example reads 5430.24
so access struggles with the decimals.
I also work in SAS and there this is not an issue. Now my questions
is, isthe issue within linking the table from the data source or can
it be sorted out within the queries?
If the issue can be solved with the query which format should be used?
I for example us commax16.2 in my SAS where I use proc sql. The sql is
not exactly the same in access as it is in SAS so my question is if
anyone has an example of how to change this within the sql code or win
the drag and drop query?
I hope I have been clear enough, if not dont hesitate to ask.
Thanks is advance
