I'm running off a report in Access 2003 that is formatted as the following:
a heading with the report title, a heading with a company name inside a
banner, a column headings area, the body of the report with the data, and a
footer with date and number of pages.
When the report runs for a company with a large amount of data to display in
the body, the report title and heading with the company shows. It then kicks
the column headings and body of the report off to a new page. On company
records with data that will fit on one page, it works fine.
I've checked the report format and ensured that all of the headings are set
to not create a new page, not keep records together, and the ability to
shrink listed as yes. However, it still insists on creating a new page
before it will list the data.
I need the data to start listing under the headers regardless of whether it
is going to continue onto a 2nd page or not. How do I go about doing this?
