Access reports and WinFax

I have a client who's attempting to print an Access
database report to Symantec WinFaxPRO version 10. When
they preview the report in WinFax, the company logo is
missing, yet the logo shows up normally on the print
preview in Access. Two other clients with the same
company use the same report, but neither of them has this
problem when printing to WinFax. Is this an Access
problem or a WinFax problem? I've e-mailed Symantec's
tech support, but I'm still waiting for a response. I
thought I'd try here for some additional input.
