Have Access DB running via a Citrix session for remote users (pointing to SQL
backend). Problem is that although the page setup for each report is for
landscape layout, the display comes up as a portrait report when printing &
previewing. After the user adjusts the page setup, report layouts thereafter
are fine as they should be and remain that way until the citrix session
closes. Then, when next time the Citrix session starts for the user to get to
the Access DB, the portrait issue returns. Any ideas with how to troubleshoot
this problem?
I don't have this issue when running the DB on a local PC, even with the
printer default set to portrait printing.
