Access Reports & Word Documents

this is a two part question.

I have to take an existing report export it into word and keep format. the
problem as you know rtf loose the lines and boxes format. Well I need to be
able to export the report into a Word document that is a Template (Drafting
Drwgs (including the boxes and number of the original drafting drawing info)
so I am looking for an option.

Is it possible to export a rtf into an exisitng .dot type of file. or

Is it possible to include the .dot (drwing info) into a header of the
existing Report and not loose it in translation the drwing info and save it
as a Word Doc ( which is a must).
