Access Reports

Hello,
I have created a report and a subreport.When I open the
report it asked which client which is what I want, but it
keeps popping up asking which client about four or five
times and when I look at page 2 it comes up again. Does
anyone know what I am doing wrong. When it was just a
report without the subreport it did not do this. Thank you
for whatever help you can give me this is driving me crazy.

It sounds like the subreport's record source query has a
criteria that prompts for that value. If so, a good way to
deal with it is to create a form with a text box for the
client and a button to print the report. Then, both the
main report and the subreport criteria can refer to the
control on the form instead of prompting for the value each
time the subreport occurs in the main report.
