Access RTF converter problem with subreports

I have uncovered an "undocumented feature" in Access. I created a report
with two nested subreports. In other words there was a subreport, within a
subreport. If the second subreport is used more than once in the main report
(i.e. it is used in two subreports) it prints fine in snapshot view but the
second subreport is duplicated in Word rtf.

Details:

- I have a main report that lists all issues.

- There are a number of subreports such as open issues, closed issues,
suspended issues, and deleted issues
Each issue subreport has associated action items- parent issue, child action
item.
IssueNo is the primary key in Issue table. IssueNo is the foreign key in
Action table.

- Each subreport has its own subreport for action items.

If I use the same action item subreport within each of the issue subreports
(linking through issueNo) the report prints perfectly in snapshot view. If I
convert to rtf however, everything is duplicated

Action No. Action No. 1 1 Description Description Do something Do
something etc.

If I make copies of the Action Item subreport (e.g rptActionSub2,
rptActionSub3) for each for each Issue subreport, it works fine. I have
overcome the problem by making four copies of the same rptActionSub, and
using each only once in the four issue reports. Hopefully it will be fixed
in the next Access release.
