Access Runtime and XP Pro

I am trying to install a runtime application onto an XP
pro client. This setup works fine on previous versions
windows. When the installation runs it says cannot open
file DAO2535.tlb, and when the application is subsequently
opened it gives me a RT error 429. I have installed on
other XP pro machines, but i can't remember how i got
around this.

Any sugestions?
