Access Runtime

I'm trying to setup Access Runtime from an older Office XP (2002) Developer
edition. I'm getting an error message upon setup that I need to install
"Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6". All of the links on Microsofts site seem to
be broken.

Do you know how/where I can get the service pack?

Sorry for the post here - didn't know where to go.

can't you just download Access Runtime (new for 2007)and use it? It's free,
and should run any Access db.

I'm trying to help a user in a remote location who is using Access 2003
runtime.

At issue is a report that when it opens sets the "Picture" property of a
text box to a location where the company's logo is stored.

MS-Access full version - has no problem printing the logo
MS-Access runtime - does not print the logo.

I will try Access 2007 runtime - but do you have any ideas as to the cause
of the runtime "problem".

Thanks,
Jim

Textboxes don't have picture properties. I am guessing you mean an image
control. Is the picture set to embedded or linked?

Pmfji, but none of the runtime versions install graphics filters. If the
user doesn't have MS Office installed (or one of the programs) or use Stephen
Lebans's method (http://www.lebans.com/loadjpeggif.htm) or some 3rd party app,
the user can't work with graphics in the runtime.

You are right about it being an image control - the "PictureType" property
is also set to linked. I will try some of Chris's solutions.

Thanks, I've worked with some of Lebans solutions in other areas - will give
this one a try.

The user can download the Office Graphics Converter Pack
