access runtime

Hi,
my software needs of fm20.dll to run. Unfortunately, fm20.dll is not
distributible so i cannot include it in the .msi package (i use installshield
to make .msi package). ACCESS RUNTIME include fm20.dll and is available as a
free download.
Please, can you confirm that i can include AccessRuntime.exe in my .msi
package and distribute it (sell) at end user ?
Furthermore, maybe you can suggest me a better way ?

Thanks very much for your reply.

Please what means "Access Application" ? Is it a generic idiomatic
expression to indicate generic developed software in Windows environment
(Visual C++, Visual 2008, etc...) or maybe it exclusively refers to software
for Access Database Applications ?

Hi,
thanks for your reply .. however let me pose this question: my application
is not developed to be run with Access. It regards another field, but needs
of fm20.dll to run. It seems that this dll is necessary for applications
containing some components of Visual C++, like Microsoft Forms 2.0
CommandButton (for details give a look at this link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/224305).

So the question is: since fm20.dll is not redistributible, is there a
different way to include fm20.dll in an applications or the only way is
distribute to the end user the access runtime with my application ?
