Access Search Form

Hi,

I have an access search form called Approval Status based on a query. This
allows me to search multiple criteria at the same time using filters. I have
a field on the form called Approval. The default for this field is Pending.
This is a combo box with three options Approved, Pending or Rejected. I did
have it working where you could change the status but everything else is
locked. I changed something in the database and now I can't edit this field.
I have checked the properties for this.

Enabled = Yes
Locked = No

Form Properties:

Allow filters = Yes
Allow Edits = Yes
Allow Deletions = No
Allow Additions = Yes
Data Entry = Yes

Can anyone help with this?
