access security settings diabling macros

I have set up a data base with forms and now the data
base will not open. I keep getting a message of
"Macros may contain viruses. It is usually safe to
disable macros, but if the macros are legitimate you
might loose functionlity." Press disable
Second message "Access security settings restrict access
to files containing macros that have not been digitally
signed or verified as safe. Macros have been disabled."
Could some one please help as I cannot access my data
base.
I have not physically put in any macros that I am aware
of.
