Access Snapshot Viewer error on opening report (repost)

There are times when snapshot viewer will not open, but if you continue
clicking over and over and over and over again it will open. the error
message just states that there is an error with no error number or additional
information. this is an error that is happening in multiple databases and it
is frustrating because we use snapshot view to send out multiple reports that
we do not want to have changed and using other choices leaves the possibility
of the person receiving the report to change the report, like a build
schedule or ECN release report.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
