Access- Snapshot viewer

A end user in my group downloaded snapshot view from the
Microsoft website about 3 weeks ago. I call Microsoft last
week because I was unable to download it. I received HTTP
404 ->page has been removed. How can I get this
downloaded. From what the tech told me there is no charge
or licensing restrictions for this. help!
