Access sp3 for Charts not working

Greetings,

I am trying to create a chart in Access 2000. Each time I use the wizard to
create the chart the data returned is the sample data. There is a Microsoft
KB article (326605 - Issues fixed in Access 2000 by Office 2000 Service Pack
3) that says that:
"Chart intermittently displays sample data
Charts in Microsoft Access 2000 reports may intermittently display sample
data instead of real data when you Print or when you Print Preview the
report. "

I am using Access 2000 SP3, But my copy still returns sample data. Anyone
have a fix for this?
